While his prior start-up ventures were private, most of the junior mining advisory work has been with public companies. |

| Peter Caldbick, P.Geo VP Exploration | | | A Professional Geologist, Mr. Caldbick is directly responsible for building and managing key exploration teams for several companies. He has been active in exploration and mining for the past 27 years throughout Northern Ontario and Quebec, Newfoundland and Northwest Territories in the positions of exploration geologist, mine geologist, and consultant. For the past 5 years Mr. Caldbick has worked with Golden Chalice Resources and Amador Gold Resources. |

| Stephen Pearce Chief Financial Officer, Director | | | Mr. Pearce is a practising lawyer who specializes in corporate and securities work. He has been actively involved in public resource companies for over 15 years. He is currently an officer and director of a number of junior public companies, primarily in the natural resource sector, namely Golden Goliath Resources Ltd., Sable Resources Ltd., Flying A Petroleum Ltd. and Sunorca Development Corp. All of the companies are headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, with the exception of Sunorca, which is listed on the Canadian National Stock Exchange. Mr. Pearce is active in his community as president of the Western Regional Advocacy Group Society, which works in partnership with Sleep Country Canada to provide beds to those in need. Together, they have provided over 200,000 beds to people in need over the past 10 years. |

| Trygve Hoy Director | | | Dr. Hoy brings extensive knowledge and experience to both the Company's exploration and management teams. He received his BSc in geology from the University of British Columbia, his MSc (geology) from Carleton University, Ottawa, and his Doctorate of Geology from Queens University, Ontario. He joined the British Columbia Department of Mines in 1974 and spent 28 years there as a research economic geologist, mainly concentrating on deposits and their setting in the southeastern part of the province. He has published numerous research papers and many geological maps covering the more highly prospective exploration belts of the province. Dr. Hoy has won several awards, including the Provincial Medal and Julian Boldy awards. He has been an exploration consultant since 2002, concentrating most of his work in southern British Columbia, but including contracts in the Canadian Arctic Islands, Ontario, Mexico, Argentina and Chile. He is a Professional Engineer and a member of the Society of Economic Geologists. |

| Frank Durant Director | | | Mr. Durant brings 32 years of experience building successful companies to this board. While his focus has been building his own private companies in real estate development, he has been an active investor and student of the junior mineral exploration sector for many years. Mr. Durant has visited many exploration properties, studied the work of experienced geologists and technicians, and taken a keen interest in the marketing aspects of junior exploration companies. His experience, common sense approach and successful real estate marketing expertise will bring a unique and new perspective to the board. |

| John de Jong Director | | | After a twenty-five year career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, stationed through British Columbia and the Northwest Territories, in general policing as a forensic specialist and senior manager, John de Jong changed career paths in 1995. Since that time, he has managed political campaigns for candidates of the British Columbia Legislature, owned his own business, and acted as the Canadian director for the FIRS, an American youth outreach camping organization with facilities in Canada. He remains active on a number of non-profit boards and committees and is the former secretary for Cerebral Palsy Sports BC. |
